Concierge Plan
The physicians at Mihills Webb Primary Care Health Partners are pleased to offer the Concierge Plan, a private health plan designed to offer our clients individualized attention and medical care.
In the world of managed care, it is easy to feel like a number, but with this plan, you will have 24/7 access to a physician or physician extender (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) who will provide you with quality service. Purchase of the Concierge Plan entitles you to the following:
•
One preventative yearly physical performed by physician
•
Up to 5 additional office visits for acute/urgent care or chronic disease management with physician or physician extender (more for an additional fee at physician's discretion)
•
Any age appropriate immunization (non-essential immunizations given at cost i.e., Gardisil, Zostavax)
•
Any lab service that is provided in-house
•
Any X-ray that is provided in-house (Radiologist's interpretation is an additional fee)
•
Up to 10 emails to physician per member (more for an additional fee at physician's discretion)
•
On-Call cell phone number with up to 12 after hours phone calls to physician or physician extender (more for an additional fee at physician's discretion)
•
Priority access to physician or physician extender during office hours, shortening wait time
•
15% off any aesthetic procedure (Botox®, Fraxel® laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, Juvederm® filler, sclerotherapy for spider veins, etc) or cosmetic product.
Who should consider the Concierge Plan?
• Any person who wants individualized, around the clock, quality medical care.

Any person who does not have health insurance through their employer.
•
Any person who has a health plan with a very high deductible.
