• Helpful Hints to Stay Healthy
Wash your hands frequently. If you cannot wash your hands with soap and water, use hand sanitizer. Also, cough into your elbow instead of your hand. Replace your toothbrush within a week of an acute illness; cold/flu bugs love to hang out in damp environments!
